Yes, presenters will need to be registered to submit an abstract. Once you have registered, you will have a login and password to access the website’s restricted area where you can submit your abstract.

Yes, presenters will need to attend the Congress. Only the abstracts of registered participants will be approved and published in the scientific programme.

Following the recent referendum vote for the UK to leave the European Union, visa-free travel is still in place for citizens of member states of the European Union, including to and from the UK. Any changes to visa-free travel are unlikely to take place in the immediate future.
Delegates must be registered and have paid in full for the event before applying for a VISA letter. Invitation letters will be available on request by emailing email@example.com.
